Welcome to Ravens Nest Wellness, a place where you can find peace, relaxation, and healing through the power of Reiki and energy healing services. Located in Kendall Yards inside the Pelican Building, we are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

At Ravens Nest Wellness, there are a variety of services to meet your unique needs. Our Reiki sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation and balance within your body, mind, and spirit.

Energy healing services include private and group Reiki sessions, Multidimensional Energy Healing, Therapeutic Art, Sound Therapy, Yoga, Meditation and Empowerment Guidance which are all aimed at restoring your natural energy flow and enhancing your overall health.

Meet Raven

Certifications

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest provided me the opportunity to cultivate my love for nature and the earth which are integral components of my personal practice. I was raised in Southern Oregon before life set me on a journey through the south, attending NW Florida State before returning back to the Northwest.

Although the mystique of the slow southern days speak to my soul and my heart longs for the bayou, the Northwest and it’s mountains are home. In 2011, I returned to the Northwest and found roots in Eastern Washington after attending Eastern Washington University and Central Washington University.

On a path of self-discovery and beginning my own healing journey, the inner work began. In 2018, I began studying Ayurvedic, Folk Herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Holistic Healing receiving Master Herbalist and Holistic Healing certifications. In 2019 I became a registered member of the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists as well as becoming CMA Aromatherapy Certified. I started practicing at Abide Yoga Collective in 2019, reigniting my on-and-off relationship with yoga. In 2020 I completed my 200 RYT and Reiki certifications followed by an Advanced Yin Yoga training in 2023.

It was this journey through the beautiful heartbreak and earth shattering experience where I learned to love myself again. I began to search for anything that I resonated with, a path to follow. But what I discovered and honestly, am still discovering, is the “Inward Path”. The path to the self, an inner knowing, a trust and confidence in the present moment and in the self. The connection to my personal practice of living in tune with nature, following the inward path and equanimity is at the foundation of my offerings and in the ways in which I share my experience through art, writing and connection. These practices have been an illumination of the parts of the self that are begging to be nurtured and liberated, the golden shadow.

When I am not facilitating Energy Healing or Teaching yoga, you will find me spending time in my garden, painting, reading, in Sangha with beautiful souls or connecting with Nature.

Going to Raven for reiki once a month has become a necessity to my wellbeing. I have learned so much about myself and healed so much through our sessions. A lot of my friends ask what a typical session is like so I’ll explain a little bit here! She starts off by asking about any intention for the session a few days before, and then when I arrive she checks in about that intention. When I walk in there is music playing and she has usually been burning some palo santo and it is so peaceful. I lay down on the table and she has me take deep breaths and I inhale some lovely essential oils and she leads me through a meditation (I relax soooooo heavily in these meditations, it is unreal) and then she just walks around me, doing her thing. Time becomes and illusion and then she does a few minutes of sound bath. Before I know it the hour is up and she guides me out of my meditative state. This healing has actually changed my life and helped expedite positive changes in my life. I cannot recommend Raven enough!
